A 6-week live, online program to help you stay connected to your children through adolescence, love the teen stage of parenting, and surround yourself with like-minded moms.

In this group, you’ll learn:

→ Spot people-pleasing & fear of disappointing you to shift it before it starts showing up in friendships and dating.
→ Exactly what your tech boundaries are (and why) so you're not just guessing.
→ To focus on connection over correction so future guidance really sticks.

What age should my kids be to make the group the right fit for me?
I recommend this group for moms of children 8-14 years old.
What if already know I can't make one of the sessions?
Totally fine! While I encourage everyone to try to make the sessions live, they're recorded and sent out after with any additional resources mentioned. I understand that life happens!
What are the sessions like? I've never been in a group like this.
I bring a theme or topic to some of our calls, and others are open for your questions. It's a mix of guidance and real-time support.

Wanting to help moms to set a strong foundation for their girls in the teen years and knowing the incredible shift a supportive community provides, I created The Window of Influence to share everything I’ve learned working with teen girls for over 10 years.
I combine my Master’s in Clinical Psychology + Education from Columbia University (focused on mothers + adolescents) with heart, humor, and understanding to provide guidance.
